Yellow Curry with Meat or Seafood

Ingredients: 4 Tablespoons Dan-D-Pak™ Yellow Curry Paste 500g Diced Meat (Chicken, Beef, Lamb, etc.) or Assorted Seafood 2 Cups Dan-D-Pak™ Coconut Cream ½ Cup Large Diced Red or Yellow Onion 1

Ingredients

  • 4 Tablespoons Dan-D-Pak™ Yellow Curry Paste
  • 500g Diced Meat (Chicken, Beef, Lamb, etc.) or Assorted Seafood
  • 2 Cups Dan-D-Pak™ Coconut Cream
  • ½ Cup Large Diced Red or Yellow Onion
  • 1 Cup Peeled and Boiled Potatoes
  • 1 Tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Palm or Brown Sugar
  • 2 Each Lime Leaf (Optional)

Cooking Instructions

1. In a wok, combine coconut milk, curry paste, fish sauce, and palm sugar.

2. Slowly bring to a simmer over medium low heat, stirring frequently

3. Reduce heat to low, and add meat (or Seafood), onions, potatoes and lime leaf.

4. Cook uncovered, stirring frequently, until meat or seafood are cooked and flavors mellow, about 15 minute.

5. Serve on rice
