1. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave until it’s smooth and creamy.
2. Check in every 30 seconds to stir the chocolate and make sure it doesn’t burn.
3. Dip 1 strawberry at a time in the melted chocolate and then coconut or chopped almonds.
4. Place on a parchment paper, so the strawberries don’t stick to the dish.
5. Chill and serve.
