Buttermilk Blenz with Fresh Fruit

Yield: 4 servings Ingredients: For Roll Up: • 1 Egg, beaten • 2/3 cup DDPK Buttermilk Pancake Mix • 1 cup Milk • 1 Tbsp

Roll Up:

• 1 Egg, beaten
• 2/3 cup DDPK Buttermilk Pancake Mix
• 1 cup Milk
• 1 Tbsp Vegetable oil

 

Filling and topping:

• 2 banana, sliced
• 2 kiwi, sliced
• 1 peach, sliced
• 12 strawberry, sliced
• Whipping cream

Cooking Instructions

1. Lightly beat the egg.

2. Gradually stir the egg into pancake mix.

3. Add in vegetable oil and milk.

4. Stir until smooth.

5. Heat a skillet to medium low heat and brush oil.

6. Using a small ladle, cover the bottom of the pan with a thin film of batter by quickly tilting and rotation them.

7. When the bottoms of the pancake have a nice golden brown color

8. Flip it over using a spatula and the fingers of one hand.

9. The second side need cook for only a few seconds, until it is no longer sticky

10. Overcooking the pancake will make them dry.

11. Slide the thin pancake out and fill with sliced banana

12. Roll up the pancake and topped with kiwi, peach, strawberry and whipping cream.
