This event marked another memorable milestone in the strong relationship between Vietnam and Canada. Notably, Canada has become Vietnam's second-largest trading partner in the Americas. At the event, Mr. Vo Van Hoan expressed heartfelt gratitude and pride in Canada's consistent support, contributing significantly to Vietnam's robust development. For over 50 years, Vietnam has received considerable support from Canada, enriching not only the economy but also the cultural and social life of both nations.

The Canada Day event was also a meaningful reunion for Dan On Foods Corporation and Ms. Annie Dubé since her visit to Dan On Foods' factory on October 23, 2023. As the "Pride of Canada Sponsor" for the event, Dan On Foods Corporation highlighted its commitment to sustainable cooperation in Vietnam, promoting bilateral growth and development.

Besides business commitments, Ms. Annie Dubé, the Canadian Consul General in Ho Chi Minh City, showed great interest in community benefits. She was pleased to see that a prominent company like Dan On Foods Corporation focuses not only on safe and smart production processes but also on creating a green factory environment with many amenities for employees. Additionally, Dan On Foods Corporation demonstrates its social responsibility through sponsorships and charitable activities for disadvantaged individuals and children in remote areas, as well as in the Mother’s Love Shelter, which Ms. Annie Dubé previously visited.

Dan On Foods Corporation hopes that the sustainable partnership between Canada and Vietnam will continue to grow, creating development opportunities for the business communities in both countries and indirectly enhancing the lives of their citizens through cultural, educational, and healthcare exchanges.
