A Bright Moon Of Love, Uniting Our Future With Dan On Foods Corporation

Mid-Autumn Festival, a time for children to enjoy the moonlit night, is captured perfectly in the joyful lyrics of the song "Rước đèn tháng Tám" by composer Đức Quỳnh. This joy was even more evident at the 2024 Full Moon Festival held at Dan On Foods' factory, with the theme "Bright Moon of Love, Uniting the Future." More than 200 children, including the children of employees and those from the Mái Ấm Tình Mẹ orphanage, gathered for a meaningful celebration organized by Dan On Foods Corporation.

In the true spirit of the Mid-Autumn Festival, the children had the opportunity to have fun and showcase their talents through various engaging activities organized by the staff. Traditional games like ring toss and ball passing were thoughtfully brought back, helping the children to create cherished memories of Vietnamese culture.

One of the most anticipated and exciting activities was the chance for the children to make their own delicious, creatively shaped mooncakes at the Innovation Center, which was inaugurated in May 2024. Mr. Dan On, Chairman of Dan On Foods, joined as one of the “bakers,” humorously guiding and assisting the children in their creations. He expressed his delight, saying that witnessing the younger generation engage in simple kitchen tasks, learning independence, and fostering a passion for cooking at the Innovation Center has always been his goal, and he hopes to organize many more events like this for everyone.

Additionally, the children from Mái Ấm Tình Mẹ energized the atmosphere with lively performances, guided by characters like Chú Cuội (The Man in the Moon) and Chị Hằng (Lady of the Moon), including group performances like “Do A Deer.” The event concluded with a beautiful lantern parade, where the glowing, colorful lanterns lit up the fountain area, leaving the children with lasting memories.

This event created many joyful experiences for the children, allowing them to see the fun and friendly work environment of their parents. For the children from Mái Ấm Tình Mẹ, it was not only about receiving thoughtful gifts but also about feeling the love and support from the staff and friends around them.
