Social Accountability Policy

A good working environment will develop the relationship between the company and employees, helping employees become more engaged to the company and actively contribute to the company's development, and this development will in return contributing to improving the physical and mental lives of all employees.

The General Director of Dan On Foods Company hereby declare our social accountability policy which is fully complied with SA8000 standards applied at the Dan On Foods Corporation including:

  1. Comply with international principles and standards, national laws, applicable laws, and other requirements to which the Company subscribes.

  2. Do not use and do not support the use of underaged labor.

  3. Respect employees.

  4. Do not participate in and do not support the use of Forced Labor.

  5.  No discrimination in any form.

  6. Provide a friendly, safe and healthy working environment for all employees of the Company and partners (partner's employees) working at the Company's facilities.

  7. Ensure freedom of association and collective bargaining.

  8. Compensate all employees in accordance with legal requirements.

  9. Comply with appropriate regulations, collective bargaining agreements, and industry standards regarding working hours.

To implement this policy, we commit to:

  1. This policy must be communicated and understood by all employees in the company; and is also shared with customers, and suppliers.

  2. Provide appropriate resources to implement the above policy.

  3. Monitor and supervise the implementation and implementation of announced policies.
